On regular days, we will be serving the Teppanyaki Set Menu. While on Valentine's Day, Teppanyaki Leeds exclusively offer our Valentine's Set Menu. Additionally, it is essential to present a valid Student ID when placing an order for our 3 Course Student Menu.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Apply to all guests attending a booking at Teppanyaki Japanese Restaurant.

BY PAYING YOUR DEPOSIT, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

All provisional bookings must be confirmed within 24 hours

Booking with a deposit of £30.00 per person. (£10 for children 11 years and under)

Deposits are non refundable

Should you cancel or move the date of a confirmed booking less than 3 days prior to your booking. We reserve the right to keep the deposit.

We will be happy to refund the deposit only if we are able to resell the seats. Please let us know as soon as possible of any cancellations so that we have a chance to resell the seats.

Should you be more than 10 minutes late, your booking may be forfeited.

Deposit refunds cannot be given to guests who do not show up.

If members of your party do not show up on the day you booked

Their deposit will be kept in full and not redeemed against your final bill.

All sittings are for 1 hour and 45 minutes from your booking time.

Regarding special requests

Special requests (e.g. dietary requirements) must be made known to the restaurant at least 7 days before your booking.

No additional food or beverage of any kind is permitted into the restaurant by party organizers or guests.

  • All reservations are provisional prior to receiving your deposit.
  • Your deposit is fully refundable or transferrable if cancelling 72 hours or more before your booking. If you cancel within the 72 hours before your booking, Teppanyaki reserves the right to keep your deposit in full.
  • The deposit paid will be fully deductible from the final bill on the evening, subject to72 hours notice regarding any guests who will not be attending on the evening.
  • If we do not receive this minimum amount of notice, the deposits will become non-refundable or transferrable for those guests who do not attend.
  • Any deposits are non-refundable within 72 hours of your booking. If you make your booking in the 72 hours prior to your booking date, then your deposit will be nonrefundable or transferrable unless we are able to resell the seats.
  • To ensure that you do not lose any of your deposit, please let us know if there are any changes to the numbers of your party as soon as possible and if we are able toresell those seats, we will be happy to refund the deposit for that seat.
  • In the event of an uninformed no show, the deposit will not be refundable and an extra £20 per head will be chargeable.
  • In the event of a partial uninformed no show, £20 per no show head will be non-refundable and an extra £20 per no show head will be chargeable.
